For our Trade Partners 

Pricing: Wholesale Prices are FOB  Florida. Pricing is subject to change without notice and listed in US Dollars. Contact us directly to inquire about discount for large quantity orders.

Minimum Order Quantity: No order too small as there is no restriction on the order size. Parkland Collection has a dedicated fulfillment team to service Drop Ship Orders. Drop Ship Fee may be applicable.

Payment Terms: All new accounts must either provide a payment by credit card, check or wire transfer. Goods must be paid in full prior to shipment. Credit cards are charged at the time of the shipment.

Net Terms: Terms can be extended only after the account has been established for 1 year, provide credit and bank reference as required on our Terms Application Form and once approved by our credit department. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Any past due balance will be charged 18% finance charge, or a $20.00 minimum. Future orders will not be released for processing until all past due balances are paid in full, including finance charges. Returned or stop payment checks are subject to $25.00 service charge. 

Restocking Fee: Refused or returned shipments will be charged shipping costs plus a 15% restocking charge.

Shipping: In Stock Goods are usually shipped within 2-5 days. Drop Ship Orders are shipped within 1-2 days. The customer may choose to  provide their own carrier, if they ship freight collect, or provide Parkland Collection with an account number, and agree to assume responsibility for any and all transportation charges. If shipped under Parkland Collection account the fright charges will be charged prior to shipment and reflect on the invoice. 

Damages & Claims: Inspect all the package and report any visible damage to the carrier by making notes prior to signing receipt. All Freight shipments are shrink wrapped, and inspected when leaving our warehouse. All claims must be reported within 10 business days after delivery. Images showing the damage are required.

Product Data: All Parkland Collection products are hand made. Slight variation in sizes are possible. In the event that a Parkland Collection LLC. mistake has been made on the product price or any of its attributes, Parkland Collection LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Parkland Collection LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Parkland Collection LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
